SEA KAYAKING IN PANAMA

Whether you are a novice or experienced sea-kayaker, once your adventurous spirit drives you from domestic waters to foreign countries, you will be pondering the possible destinations for a sea-kayak trip, and will need to choose between features such as: multi-day vs. single day kayaking; sandy, deserted beaches or rocky shorelines; tropical rain forest or tropical reefs; remote areas or near civilization; open ocean or protected bays..... Ponder no more, in Panama, you can HAVE IT ALL!
When most people think of Panama, the first thing that comes to mind is the Panama Canal. The canal site was chosen because of its strategic location as the shortest distance between the Atlantic and Pacific oceans. What this proximity means to you, is that should you chose to, you could sea-kayak TWO tropical oceans during the same vacation! Whether you want to experience it all, or prefer to focus on one side, and explore in depth the diversity any one side has to offer, Panama will not disappoint you.

En route, you may have the once in a life-time thrill to sea-kayak with dolphins.....Other highlights of the area include: peaceful mangrove coves, protected coral reefs for leisurely snorkeling, miles of open Caribbean Ocean beaches, rain forests, Caribbean architecture and indigenous villages, scrumptious Caribbean food, and a lifestyle so relaxed, you will want to stay forever!
